Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the myrole.co platform and tools, provided by Oursayso Limited and Let's Talk Talent Limited ("we", "us"), to an organisation ("Client", "you").

1. About these terms

By commissioning or using the platform, the Client agrees to these terms together with the applicable order form and Data Processing Agreement. Where an individually negotiated agreement (MSA) exists, that agreement takes precedence.

2. The service

We provide bespoke, in-brand career tools, currently Career Pathways and Coaching Cards, delivered on a per-client subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.myrole.co) with single sign-on. We may improve or add tools over time, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Accounts & access

• Access is provided to the Client's authorised users, typically via the Client's identity provider (SSO).
• The Client is responsible for managing its users and for activity under its deployment.
• We may suspend access where necessary to protect the platform's security or other clients.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or replicate the tools or templates, interfering with its security, or using it unlawfully. The interactive tools and their underlying templates are a core part of what we provide and may not be extracted for use elsewhere.

5. Intellectual property

• We own the platform, the CMS, the tool templates, and the myrole.co brand.
• You own your brand assets and your content. You grant us the licence needed to configure and deliver your branded deployment.
• The customised output we deliver to you is licensed to you for your internal use for the term.

6. Data & privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. For most end-user data the Client is the controller and we are the processor, acting on the Client's documented instructions.

7. Warranties

We'll provide the service with reasonable skill and care and make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it available and accessible (built to WCAG 2.2 AA). Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is".

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
