The platform is accessible from any web-enabled device including desktop, tablet and mobile, allowing you to access your career information wherever you are.

Do I need to download an app?

No. The platform is web-based and works directly through your browser.

How can the platform help my career?

You'll be able to explore potential career pathways, understand what's expected at different levels, identify development opportunities and prepare for meaningful conversations with your manager.

When should I use the coaching cards?

The coaching cards can be used before, during or after career conversations, one-to-ones, coaching sessions or simply as personal reflection prompts whenever you're thinking about your development.

Are the coaching cards only for managers?

Not at all. They're designed for everyone. Individuals can use them for self-reflection, managers can use them to structure career conversations, and coaches or HR teams can use them to facilitate development discussions.

Can I use the platform whenever I need it?

Yes. The platform is available on demand, giving you access whenever you need guidance or inspiration.

Can the platform be customised?
